Refund Policy
Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so as a rule all sales are final. We do, however, stand behind everything we sell with a 14-day guarantee.
When you're eligible for a refund
If, within 14 days of your purchase, any of the following is true, you can request a refund:
- the product is broken, corrupted, or won't download;
- it is materially different from how it was described or previewed; or
- you're simply not satisfied and haven't made substantial use of it.
What isn't covered
- requests made more than 14 days after purchase;
- change of mind after the product has been downloaded and used in a published project;
- lack of skills or software needed to use the product, where requirements were clearly stated;
- free products (no payment was made).
How to request one
Email support@nyxmarket.comwith your order email and the product name, and a short note on what went wrong. We'll reply quickly and either help you fix the issue or process a refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
