This Privacy Policy explains how NyxMarket ("NyxMarket", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit https://nyxmarket.com, browse our catalogue, create an account, or buy or download a digital product (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the store and deliver your products:
- Account details — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile image.
- Order information — your email, the products you purchase, the amount paid, currency, and the transaction reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — that is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Free-download details — when you claim a free product, we record your email address and which product you downloaded so we can deliver it and prevent abuse.
- Verification codes — temporary one-time codes sent to your email to confirm a free download; these expire shortly after they are issued.
- Usage & device data — pages visited, referring site, browser/user-agent, IP address, and an approximate country, used for security and basic analytics.
- Cookies — a single secure cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To process payments and deliver the digital products you buy or download.
- To create and secure your account and admin access.
- To send you transactional messages, such as a download link, a receipt, or a verification code.
- To understand how the store is used and to improve it.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering products you order), based on our legitimate interests(securing and improving the Service), based on your consent where required, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database and secure file storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
- Resend — sending transactional emails such as verification codes.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and applicable agreements with us.
5. Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, or tax requirements. Verification codes are deleted shortly after they expire. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see section 7).
6. Security
Paid files are stored in private storage and delivered only through short-lived, signed download links. Payments are handled by Stripe over encrypted connections. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@nyxmarket.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
